Hi Awesome People!
Time to have some fun. Starting your day with a #MorningWorkout is one of the best #habits you can incorporate in your life. You do not need to exercise for hours a day to stay fit and agile. This 20 minute routine includes 20 functional movements with light weights. Stay hydrated by drinking filtered spring water before and after the #allstanding, #alllevels, and #lowimpact class. Be sure to instill a weighted program in your fitness regimen at least twice per week.
