Closing time! 🚨🚨

We recently had closing on this great condo. If you remember back a few weeks ago we first looked at this unit, put a great offer together and won the deal! We closed on a Thursday & it was rented by the following Wednesday for $50 more a month than we tried for.
I️ know sale prices are going crazy in most areas, I️ guess it’s trickled down to rental also.
This was the 5 place I have sold this client over the past 10-11 years of working together and rented countless places in that same period.
