Meditation is an important part of mindfulness. Meditation helps fight stress, depression and insomnia. Not just monks, anyone can do it. Did you know that meditation really changes your brain? This channel will help you train your attention. Why is this necessary? Because our brains are not naturally good at it. The average person has about 25,000 to 50,000 thoughts a day. You probably know that feeling of haste, when you think about many things at once and then do nothing. Meditation teaches your brain to focus all your attention on one thing. This can be your breathing, for example, but sounds, emotions and thoughts are also good to focus your attention on.
