We spoke with Fred of Steel Mace Nation. Fred is a fire fighter from New Jersey, personal trainer specializing in use of the steel mace, and father concerned about the future of our country. We had an incredible talk about the so called 'new normal' and the psychological impact of mandates and lock downs on his fellow fire fighters. We spoke about masculinity, rocking the boat, and the importance of maintaining a healthy body and resilient mind.
