Deadlifts,top 6 working sets

Its been over 6 weeks since I deadlifted more then 315, and man it felt gooood to go heavy again!

No records broken (435 PR) but that's coming real soon, I feel it no problems...but thoroughly rocked this workout!!

Started with 5 incremental increasing sets of 3 then on to these working sets..

6 sets as follows:
365 x 1
405 x 1
415 x1
and 3 sets of 420lbs, and they was eaaasy peasy!!!!
YAAA BAY-BAY!! LIGHT WEIGHT!!

I finished this deads sesh with 4 drop sets, video dropping after this...
