Mercedes Losoya | Mother Asks Boyfriend to 'Discipline' Daugther | San Antonio Texas

A Texas couple was arrested on Thursday for Monday’s death of the woman’s 5-year-old daughter Mercedes Losoya. Katrina Mendoza and Jose Ruiz, 25, were taken into custody Thursday morning and charged with one count of injury to a child causing serious bodily injury in the death of Mercedes Losoya, the San Antonio Police Department announced.
