0.04 m^2 VAWT - Fat Wings with Scoops

I'm still not happy with the starting performance of the turbine. This is an effort to try and replicate the low wind torque of a Lenz2 using scoops resembling a KF airfoil on fat blades. The hope was to get starting torque with lower high speed drag for higher rpms.
