A senior US defence official says Russia has launched about 600 missiles since the beginning of the invasion.

● According to US officials, no amphibious operation against Odessa is imminent. Residents of Odessa, however, are preparing for a Russian assault.

● Tuzla (68 miles southwest of Odessa) was hit by Russians with missile strikes from the Sea.

● At least 8 fleeing civilians were killed near Kyiv due to Russian shelling. 9 people were killed due to Russian strikes on Vinnytsia airfield.

• Fighting intensifies on the outskirts of Kyiv.

• According to Mayer of the city, evacuation of civilians underway in Irpin.

• At least 13 Ukrainian people killed due to Russian strike on a bread factory west of Kyiv.
