Brandon Sanderson broke all time Kickstarter records with his reveal of 4 extra books written over the last 2 years for over 25 Million dollars. That didn't stop other authors on Twitter though ranting about how someone that wasn't them was succeeding. And not only demanding he give THEM the results of his hard work, but started to claim that Brandon didn't earn it, but it was simply the result of privilege he had been born with.
