Russia claims it's taken full control over Europe's largest nuclear power plant, in southern Ukraine. Massive destruction in Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkov, with a residential building left only partially standing after intense shelling. Devastated towns also in the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, as residents flee the fighting and fear for their lives. Joe Biden announces a ban on all oil and gas imports from Russia to the US. But the move exposes divisions between America and the EU, as the bloc says it won't go along with Washington's strategy.
