It sometimes seems that only a coffee shop can open in the previous location of a coffee shop. It's a weird thing here in Saigon, but seems to prove out nearly every time. Rea and I don't understand how these huge coffee shops make it selling only coffee and drinks -- No food service.
Go figure.
