Russia Threatens NATO - Russia-Ukraine war 2022 news.

Russia warned countries neighbouring Ukraine against providing military airfields for Ukrainian combat aircraft.

It comes as Russia's Défense Ministry warned countries, including NATO member Romania, against hosting Kyiv's military aircraft, saying they could end up being involved in an armed conflict.

The following is an excerpt from a speech by the spokesman for the Russian defence ministry Igor Konashenkov, about what Russia has achieved in the Ukraine war and a warning to countries providing military airfields for Ukrainian combat aircraft.

He warned that if those warplanes attacked the Russian forces from the territory of those nations, it 'could be considered as those countries' engagement in the military conflict'.
