Hi everyone & welcome back to my channel! I am so happy to have you here & do hope you’ll stick around! 🖤

In today’s video, I am sharing with you a butt & leg workout using resistance bands & body weight exercises!

Please be respectful!! I am not an avid workout person, nor do I know much about it! I have just taken up the habit over the last few months & I have been asked in rev also what my routine was when I didn’t have one! Now that I do, I want to share it with everyone because I really have been so pleased with how much better I have felt by simply doing a little exercise like this a day! I also just want to share some raw & real motivation for all those other women out there dealing with diseases like endometriosis like I do! Despite the pain & the often frustrating symptoms of Endo, I have still been on a journey to find ways around this disease in order to take care of my body & I want to share that journey with all of you 🖤
