Trauma is both destructive and awakening. It's an invitation to a spiritual initiation. Trauma opens 2 paths, awakening or falling back asleep. Awakening isn't all rainbows and unicorns. It's brutal to face the hurt and scared parts of the soul. Yet it's also totally worth it. Our individual choices determine the collective path we walk as humanity.
