Real life or science fiction??

Clip was heard during a livestream taking place on the Telegram platform, InfiltratedByTruth, Monday, March 7,2022. There were claims made regarding a General Moore and a US veteran Craig Sawyer. Apparently in the civil suit taking place in MN, Erickson v Sawyer, it is being claimed that a Jessie Czebotar submitted an affidavit, via Randi Erickson, allegedly, stating her first hand knowledge that the above mentioned have been turning children into diamonds.
First, one may wonder what will the Judge hearing this case think about that..Secondly, how could a claim ever be proven with factual evidence? And is there any recourse for making such claims, if in fact, they are proven to be false/unfounded? Are we still living in reality or has all these conspiracy theories turned life as we know it, into a science fiction movie?
