Dangerous Rhetoric 55: Heather Mason

We spoke with Heather Mason, a founding member of caWsbar - The Canadian Women's Sex-Based Rights organization. Heather is a former prisoner who successfully recovered from severe drug addiction and now advocates for women's rights in Canada with a focus on the safety of female prisoners. We get into Canada's Bill C-16 which gave predatory individuals who claim trans woman status access to female facilities making biological women less safe. We discussed coofid policies and the impact on marginalized communities, prisoners, the mentally ill and what we can do to help.
