Ingredients:
250 grams of black cabbage
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
extra virgin olive oil

cooking time: 15 minutes at 180 °

difficulty of preparation: 2/10

STEPS:
Now put them in a bowl and add a pinch of salt
Also add a pinch of pepper
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Mix well with your hands
Spread the cabbage leaves on a baking sheet, without overlapping them
