Indian farmer invents tree-climbing 'scooter'

Ganapathi Bhat puts on a harness, getting ready to harvest betel nuts at the top of a towering palm tree. Within five seconds, he's ascended the 20-metre (65-feet) tall tree, all with the help of a self-made device that he calls a "tree scooter".
