Disgraced Attorney Alex Ghibaudo failure to pay court-ordered child support before Judge Art Ritchie

Hearing held on August 22, 2017, for non-payment. Fast forward 4 1/2 years and Ghibaudo (Officer of the Court) is still non-compliant with his court-ordered financial support obligation.

It sounds like the judge has two separate sets of standards for litigants who continue to meet their court order financial obligation. One for attorneys that are litigants and the other for non-attorney litigants.
