Catch Pokemons! Learn Outer Strike, Upper Strike and Lower Strike - Pokemon Self Defence Episode

In this Pokemon episode, we will learn and train the three basic strikes in self defence - Outer Strike, Upper Strike and Lower Strike.

While learning new moves, we will also catch POKEMONS!

Kids will grow in confidence burn energy and be very very active during this lesson with Pokemons which is designed to be a ton of fun, energetic, up tempo and something that kids can do at home.

Martial arts for kids and an active karate brain break session. Short, fast, fun and interactive for kids to engage and have a quick reset to get back to work and continue with their focus.

The Virtual karate Class for kids is short, fun and action packed. Have fun!
