Quake: Dimension of the Past - E5M7: The Otherworld (Nightmare, 100% Secrets, Dopefish Easter Egg)

Things start to lighten up a little bit for most of this map, but there are still plenty of Vores to make your life miserable, and the ending calls back to the nightmare section from The Underworld with all of the Shamblers in the sewer tunnel. Except this time, there is a Quad Damage you can get to deal with them that you can only access with a Rocket Jump. This map is also home of the Dopefish easter egg. To reach it, just enter the exit teleporter from the other side.
