Congressman: US Needs to Be Energy Dominant

The turbulence in Ukraine has been having an impact on the U.S. stock market, and Americans are continuing to feel the effects of this conflict in different ways. Rep. Pete Stauber (R-Minn.) says that not only should energy independence be a top priority, but that back home we should be producing more rare earth minerals.
