Disney Is Trying To Bring Back 2D Animation - Are They Having Remorse

Is disney trying to bring back traditional animation after getting rid of their animation department in 2013. Walt Disney pioneered animation but the people that run the show are now trying to leave it behind for 3D. Have they realized that people do want good old 2D animation.
