Debunking the Housing Narrative Once Again. When reviewing the issues Involving Homeowners and their experience with leaving Forbearance Programs and moving into loss mitigation solutions, one would tend to believe that the process should be relatively easy and solutions should be available. It is interesting to learn that the loss mitigation process may not be working for the majority of participants. It was surprising to say the least, to see the high number of Homeowners that are not paying during this phase in their Housing Recovery. Information is limited at best and we should learn more about this as time goes on.
