Can "humanitarian corridors" work in Ukraine?

Moscow said on Monday (March 7) it would let residents of Ukraine's two main cities flee in corridors to Russia and Belarus. Previous attempts at establishing humanitarian corridors have failed. Will this one be any different? Louisa Naks has more.
