Freedom Convoy: 2 Weeks After the Police Clash with Protesters - Tom Marazzo & Harold Jonker

Exactly two weeks ago Canadians had just come through witnessing a weekend of intense clashes with police and those participating in the Freedom Convoy 2022.

Canadians saw tear gas, rubber bullets, truckers being pulled out of vehicles...and more. Many were stunned that it ended in this way - not the least of who were some of the main organizers and participants.

A couple days ago I caught up with Tom Marazzo and Harold Jonker to talk about it all.

Tom Marazzo began as a passive supporter. By the weekend when the clashes happened he found himself in the position of main spokesperson for the entire Freedom Convoy.

Harold Jonker was one of the first truckers into Ottawa and someone that we spoke with a few times in the journey.

In this interview we talk about what was going through their minds in the last phase of the Convoy in Ottawa. They also share some eye-opening insights that the average onlooker would not have been aware of.
