Enoch latest translation includes missing texts

This new translation is based on the 2009 revision of George H. Schodde's translation of 1882, with many corrections made from Michael A. Knibb's scholarly translation of the Ethiopian manuscripts and recent findings among the Dead Sea scrolls. Further revisions have been made from James Trimm's Hebrew study of the Ethiopian translation. This translation is among the first to include every edition from the Greek fragments as well as the Aramaic fragments found in Qumran. The Book of Enoch is an ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious text, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. Enoch contains unique material on the origins of demons and giants, why some angels fell from heaven, an explanation of why the Great Flood was morally necessary, and prophetic exposition of the thousand-year reign of the Messiah.
