At 1000 Moscow time (0700 GMT) on Monday (Mar 7), the Russian military will hold fire and open humanitarian corridors in various Ukrainian cities, including the capital Kyiv, according to Russia's defense ministry.
"For humanitarian reasons, Russian forces will declare a'regime of silence' beginning at 10 a.m. on March 7 and open humanitarian corridors," the Russian defense ministry stated in a statement.
