New Zealand increases sanctions against Russia in response to the invasion of Ukraine.

WELLINGTON – New Zealand's government announced on Monday (March 7) that it will draft legislation allowing it to impose sanctions on Russia in response to the latter's invasion of Ukraine.
If passed, it will be the first time New Zealand has imposed sanctions on a country on its own.
