Crust
almond flour 120gr
ground walnuts 25gr
Swerve 25gr
butter 85gr
cinnamon
salt

Cream
Full fat cream cheese 500gr
coconut cream 500ml
(or heavy cream)
Swerve 125gr
dark chocolate 50gr
(or cocoa)
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
lemon zest

Garnish with nuts and chocolate or at your choice
Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
