Protester arrested at parliament square

Peaceful protesters demand police officers uphold Article 10/11 allowing them to speak through an amplified device on the pavement surrounding parliament square, the police then explained to Piers Corbyn legislation was passed in (2011) forbidding amplified protesting to take place within the perimeter of parliament square.
A man know as (Gavin) tried to argue the point across with the officer, which unfortunately resulted in his arrest.
