The Russians have just launched eight Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea.
Why did Ukraine not use this defense system? Such an attack is expected. The actions of the Ukrainian army often give you the impression that they are not made to defend the population.

Russian ships have been there for several days. They are filmed by many people. Any anti-ship system, especially in time of war, is deployed on the coast. Neptune System which has maximum firing range of 300 km. The missile is in service in the Ukrainian Navy since March 2021.
The system is designed to defeat combat surface ships and transport vessels. Neptune anti-ship system is equipped with cruise missiles capable of reaching target at distance of up to 300 km. The rocket is powered by starting and main engines.
The homing head for the missile, has ultra-high viewing angles and is able to detect and capture the target at a distance of up to 50 km.
One complete Neptune division should normally include six USPU-360 launchers with 24 anti-ship missiles, and the corresponding number (six of each) of reloader vehicles and transport vehicles. Theoretically, one division should then be armed with 72 R-360 anti-ship missiles (four missiles on each of the six vehicles).
The Neptun is a Ukrainian clone of the Russian Kh-35 anti-ship missile.
