Tomato Soup made with Philadelphia Cream, Stewed Tomato, half and half,
V8, SIMPLE WAY TO KICK UP A CAN OF SOUP
RECIPE
1 CAN STEWED TOTOES (14 1/2 OUNCES)
4 oz, Cream Cheese
1 Medium Onion
1/2 Stick Butter
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
3 Cans (10 1/2 oz each) Condensed Tomato Soup
2 Cans (11 1/2 oz each) V8 tomato Juice
1 Cup Half & Half
Basil (optional)

Cream stewed tomatoes and cream cheese till smooth (set aside)
Brown onion & garlic in butter
add undiluted soup, juice and half and half Simmer
add stewed tomatoes and Cream cheese
place in crockpot heat on low and serve (DO NOT BOIL)
Serve with French Cheese Bread or grilled Cheese or Seasoned Oyster Crackers
