Off the Treks: Star Trek: Phase II Discussion

Let's talk about the cancelled Star Trek show Phase II. Kirk was set to return, but Leonard Nimoy was to be replaced by two characters: the Vulcan Xon and and Decker. Ilia was a new character as well. A time slot had been arranged on the canceled network Paramount Television Service (PTS). Some of the scripts were reused for The Next Generation and the first episode, "In Thy Image," was adapted to be Star Trek: The Motion Picture.
