Legs: Day 2, squats!

SQUATS BAY-BAY YESSSS!
Lol...I'm a touch excited cuz I rocked this workout, despite a full ham and calf workout the day before, (See Legs, Day one, previous vid)
Goal here, as its my very last day of my one month (+an extra week) bodybuilding old school, was 5 full working sets of 8 reps with 275lbs after 5 sets of 10 warm ups leading up to this weight!

Here's the last 2 sets, with the second set (being the 5th working set) I cranked out a "somewhat" easy set of 10!!
I WAS IMPRESSED WITH MYSELF LOL...
Dropped down to 225 and cranked out 5 more sets of 10-12reps...

Back to the singles, double and triples on everything starting tomorrow...for 5-6weeks then re-evaluate...
