Brad Raffensperger says there are 4.7 million votes, not 5 million

Raffensperger knew the total number of votes cast was 4.7 million because he KNEW the Advance Vote tally, he knew the Election Day number and he knew the total mail in / drop box ballot totals.

As soon as he mentions the numbers, his video feed is mysteriously cut off.
