Kihon Shodan - Kamishin-Ryu Karate

This is the first Kata taught in the Kamishin-Ryu style of Karate, as it was taught by Shihan-Dai Karl Quigg. Here the form is shown at slow speed, for clarity. The purpose of this series is to help students with the choreography of the form.
