Cybersecurity issue in GETTR

This morning I saw that somebody is using a bot to create constantly fake accounts in order to try to block the social media GETTR.
I put this in knowledge of support and also claiming my right to have my account verificated because I’m a real person with a real account.
They still doing nothing about… This is a cybersecurity issue because the hacker knows how to use a software to create fake emails and fake phone numbers because, If you know when you create your account, you recieve a confirmation code on your email in order to create your GETTR account. So this hacker, with a hacked phone, can do it. So the “report” button is useless because if you report and next you block it, the hacker will create another fake account which is following you or giving “likes” to you.
I asked to use our ID in order to get verificated and use one phone number for one account.
They’re doing nothing about…
So guys, we need to stop this an ask for a social media free of bots, trolls and spam because, for me, it’s to hard to reach to read everybody due this problem.
