Kash Patel explains why the statute of limitations should not impact the Durham investigation. I’ve never heard this one clearly explained before, but this explanation makes sense to me.

There has been a lot of worry within the Patriot community that Durham is running out of time due to the statute of limitations, but as Kash explains, any time someone within the conspiracy makes an overt act in furtherance of that conspiracy, the statute restarts.
