Pentagon Funded Bio-Weapons Labs in the Ukraine

The Plan is this:
1) Prepare world leaders to react as one when an 'Event 201' occurs.
2) Test the global coordinated 'emergency measures' by launching a controlled bioweapon, COVID.
3) Cement those emergency measures into law, so they can be implemented at any time, without limits. (current stage).
4) Create a global diversion(Ukraine) to safeguard the medical Tyrants and their army of Jabbers and Police puppets.
5) Glue a digital ID to every human on the planet.
6) Take away all freedoms, close the internet and put a social credit score on all citizens.
7) Create a Global Control State and start the endgame: decimate world population and transform humans into transhumans.
