One of the effects are the cause of ANTI SPERM ANTI BODIES.

Apparently the jab creates a type of anti bodies that attack sperm and basically destroys them, therefore not being successful at fertilizing the egg, which means there cannot be any pregnancies.
Of course it's all by design. They want the common folk infertile, sterilized, sick and most preferably dead.
