We thought it would be a good time for this because Jerome Powell spoke on behalf of the Federal Reserve Central Bank at the FOMC meeting today.

After the meeting started markets begin to move pretty strong, especially fixed income.

This plays into our macroeconomic thesis and therefor we think it effects our thesis regarding BTC also.
