Ingredients:
polenta
100 grams of bacon
70 grams of cornflour
1 pinch of salt
250ml of water

cooking time: 15 minutes at 180 °

preparation difficulty: 4/10

STEPS:
slowly pour in 250ml of water while mixing
move the pot to the stove and start cooking, stirring

until you have this consistency
pour the hot polenta into a mold and allow to cool
remove from the mold and cut into strips
