EASY!!!!! Roasted Tomato & Goat Cheese Sauce (Pasta Sauce)

Easiest most delicious pasta Sauce.
Bake 8 tomatoes at 350 for 25 Minutes, mash with fork add goat Cheese and your good to go, SO GOOD. Throw in a roasted pepper and kick up the flavor. Made 3 Sauces this week for Pasta, everyone was delicious
8 Large Tomatoes
1 lb Pasta
7 oz Goat Cheese (Crumble)
4 Tbls Olive Oil, (enough to pour over the tomatoes)
Garlic Salt
Salt & pepper
I also made a
Pasta Sauce with Raw tomatoes and Ricotta,
Roasted Garlic and Parmesan
Spaghetti with Lemon
