The beginning of the process for making a hot sauce is the fermentation of the peppers. In this video, I demonstrate how to make a pepper mash for fermenting Fresno Red Hot Chili peppers. This is an extremely easy process that everyone can do at home. When this mash is fermented, I will make another video that shows how to turn this mash into a delicious Louisiana style hot sauce.
