Ukraine accuses Russia of breaking cease-fire meant to evacuate civilians

Ukrainian officials are accusing Russia of breaking a cease-fire. Russia had announced it would pause shelling so civilians in and around Mariupol and Volnovakha could evacuate, but Kyiv says the assault has not stopped. CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay gives an update from Lviv, Ukraine.
