Did you know that the word antibiotic in Greek literally means against life.

Antibiotics kill germs.

However, there are 100 trillion microorganisms weighing up to 1 kg inside of our bodies right now.

So if antibiotics kill germs/microorganisms indiscriminately, which they do, you are actually killing off microorganisms that exist inside of you whose function is to keep you alive.

No I don’t want to scare y’all, but 20 years ago when I went to college and read about triclosan which is an antibacterial, I stopped using antibacterial hand soap because that stuff is bad for our endocrine system.

And I haven’t use antibacterial soap since then, including all during the Covid hysteria. And I am not only alive, but I have an amazingly healthy immune system.
