Columns of vehicles of the OSCE observation mission are leaving Donetsk and Lugansk

This was announced in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.

"All OSCE vehicles are leaving Donetsk," the DPR said, without specifying exactly where the vehicles were headed.
