Plank is an isometric core strength exercise that provides many health benefits to the body. This is one of the most effective calorie-burning exercises to suit your core strength and stability. There are various plank positions such as Elbow plank - which helps remove the belly fat and enhances your physical appearance; Low plank knee taps - a bodyweight exercise that strengthens the core, chest, and abdominal muscles; Raised-leg plank-perfect exercise if you want to tone your glutes. It strengthens your legs, arms, abs, and lower back; High plank shoulder taps - This move targets every muscle group of your body especially around the rib cage area. Strengthens your core, glutes, arms, wrists, and shoulders. This exercise also relieves lower back pain, improves posture, and strengthens the bones in the back and neck; Side plank - it mainly strengthens the obliques, which are located next to your abs on either side of your body. It is also a full-body exercise that strengthens the muscles in your hips, chest, arms, and shoulders.
