Young adults aging out of foster care invited on a 90-day deep sea adventure

Elizabeth Sutherland, an advocate for foster children, has teamed up with the I Can Foundation, to invite young adults aging out of the foster care system on a 90-day excursion aboard a 100-foot-yacht.
